KOSEN SEMI (JIANGSU) MICROELECTRONICS CO., LTD. is a high-tech company focused on the research and development, production, sales, and service of integrated circuit wet cleaning process equipment. Its main products include 4-inch to 12-inch batch etching and cleaning wet process equipment, which are applied in the fields of MicroLED, third-generation compounds, and wet process needs for integrated circuit IDM and foundry giants. These products meet nearly 90% of the wet process steps, including RCA cleaning, photoresist removal, oxidation film etching, metal film etching, silicon nitride etching, furnace tube pre-cleaning, and more.
KOSEN SEMI’s core strategy is to “develop process service-oriented manufacturing and empower the semiconductor industry”, striving to overcome process and material technology bottlenecks.
