Ultrasonic Unit
The principle of ultrasonic cleaning is that a high-frequency oscillating current is emitted by an ultrasonic power supply, which is converted into a mechanical vibration wave by a transducer and is transmitted to the cleaning medium, thereby generating two phenomena of cavitation and acoustic wave flow in the liquid. The particles attached to the surface of the wafer are removed under the combined force of these two phenomena.

According to the different vibration frequency of the transducer, ultrasonic cleaning can be divided into ultrasonic cleaning (<100 kHz) and megasonic cleaning (800~2 000 kHz). The vibration frequency of the transducer affects the size and density of bubbles formed in the liquid, thus affecting the intensity of cavitation.
