The Kexin Micro Constant Temperature Bath can maintain precise temperature control and uniform circulation flow to remove particulate matter. The recirculated chemical medium enters the bath from the bottom, flows evenly through the substrate, and then passes through the overflow ports on all four sides. The chemical medium temperature is controlled by a remote hot/cold water unit or using a solid-state online heat exchanger to maintain the temperature in the bath.
